I run 16's on my personal car because I like the smooooooth ride! We have done several with 20;s though and they will fit without any mods - even with our (2") lowering kit installed.

Hope it helps,

I'm still waiting on mine to show up. However, it will be getting a set of 20's as soon as I find a set I like.

If i go bigger it will be 18"s, but for now I'm content with 17"s.

IMO 18's are perfect on the HHR:

20's are much too thin - here's Scosche's:

Everyone has their own idea of what's cool though...

Personally I LOVE the ride of my 16's and am hard pressed to give the smooth ride up!

But your riding on the rim! There is no tire left.

I like it, but I never said I would buy or drive on it. 18's allowes some room right.

Yeah they are cool rims. Just a little too big for my taste.

ya i agree if i went for the 20's they would have to be like alot of rim. None of that skinny rims. Like the nice fat chrome "spokes" i dont know exacly what they are called but somthing that would be very nice and shinny and just plain BIG LOL! thanks for the info guys.

How much of a more bumpyer ride are we talking about with 20's?
