i have neverheard wind noise from mine.

Jeff - get some black plasti-dip type stuff and dunk that thing.

i had to sand mine down also. paint chipped and rusted. bokeh is nice too. also have you ever seen the bokeh out of a canon 50 1.2? beautiful.

Couln't have made it more obvious.

As for the blue, I think I had my white balance set to tungsten.

My stubby started to rust where the rings are. I sanded the rings and grooves and painted them to match the paint on the car and clear coated the painted parts and then I wax the hole thing every six months when I detail the whole car. No more rust. But, I do live in CA.

Jeff should have a replacement one by now, Powder coated also. My first one from last year in the spring had to get redone a couple weeks ago also. The salt is real bad up here and those who live in Minnesota can attest to that..
