Name mod -- help?

Sindy had an interesting idea I saw in the Classified section, taking the letters in "SPECTRA" and making "CASPER" out of them for her HHR. I liked that idea enough that I'd like to try it, but have a problem ...

Anyone know of enough similar letters in badging to make both the words "LILO" and "STITCH"? I can't find all the letters for one or the other in any single badge. (Closest I've found thus far is "SILHOUETTE," but it's missing the C.)

I would normally try that, except it'll change the spacing of the letters as well as make it look non-uniform by changing the height of the C compared to the rest of the letters ... it would come out "STITcH." I'd prefer to keep all the letters at the same pitch.

Ahh that makes sense. Maybe get two Silhouette's and something else by Oldsmoblie that has a C in it. They should be the same text and sizes.

Malibu and Aveo would probably work for "LILO," but I'd need two "SILHOUETTES" and another Olds badge for "STITCH." Or ... I can get *both* "LILO" and "STITCH" from two "SILHOUETTES" and one "CUTLASS."

Perhaps you should have it made from vinyl at a sign shop?

Vinyl would be all right, except that I'm looking for the three-dimensional aspect, like chrome pieces would have. My idea is to place the names on either side of the hood ("LILO" on passenger, "STITCH" on driver), kind of like folks have already modded with the retro Chevrolet badging.
