Seeing what the pedal covers finally look like, maybe I will run down and get a set of them. Really like the look of the running boards too.

Check the gallery. They are visible from this pic.

I haven't done anything cosmetic to my HHR in a long time so I haven't posted recent photos but most everything I've done to my HHR is on here in some old thread. I see no point in taking pics of something like my K&N filter because we all know what it and the stock air box look like. About the only thing that's changed on my HHR in a while is that I took the hood scoop off along with most of the other outside carbon fiber vinyl like the mirror caps and rim bowties. So I just talk about mods my ass! Nice try though.

Hey Deb! Looks great- especially the running board pads. I've got those on my list for this spring but I hadn't seen good pics of them mounted until now.

Man I like that grill, I'd pay to get one of those exactly like that.

I like the pedal covers--they look great with the color of your car and overall theme. I'd actually get a set of those running board covers myself, but I just hate the thought of adding more brushed accents to a car that came with chrome package, you know? They do look really good and that was a wonderful gift!

The grill inserts aren't exactly my cup of tea--looks a little too "Home Depot", but if you dig it, it's all good. I just remember my Dad installing the same stuff on our screen doors to keep my bassett hound from clawing her way through them when I was growing up.

I like the grille inset, very nice!! The running board pads are cool, makes me wish I had running boards. But the pedal covers have me out shopping this weekend, I will find some that fit my theme. Todd (Uma)

Thanks for all the comments. Tom...there is a great how to on the SoCalHHR site HERE that should help you out if you are inclined to try it yourself.

Crafty...I know what you mean about the "Home Depot" look...but you can't get the stuff I have there...plus this is SMOKE...who is nicknamed after Tony Stewart who drives the #20 Home Depot car. I remember my folks having something like that on their screen doors too. Wanted a change and it works for me...so thanks. The board covers are a combined bright and satin chrome and fit in quite nicely. I'm sure if they were all bright chrome they would scratch like crazy, so having them this way helps.

Todd...happy shopping. I haven't seen them anywhere myself like that, but hopefully you'll have some luck finding some for your HHR.

Thanks for the pics CH...I very rarely look in the gallery...just check out what's in the posts. No need to get testy...I was just razzin ya....didn't mean to get your danders up.
