Thanks.
From ebay. Not listed under HHR. Just searched for "chrome antenna". Found this one listed for several different cars. It is a universal antenna that comes with the 3 different size screws.

Can't tell but in the first pic it doesn't look like its sitting flush.

Any problems with fit? I found that most of the universals the posts were too long.

The pics don't lie, it's not sitting flush. The post IS too long, but nothing that 5 secs on a grinding wheel can't fix. Will take care of that this weekend!

I have that same antenna. Remove the bottom section, and the antenna fits great. (It looks better too, in my opinion.)

Just curious! Do these stubby antennas effect the radio reception at all??

That's kinda what keeps me from getting one! I'm old enough to remember those long whip antennas that the State Police had on their cars in NY (Other States too I'm sure) back in the '40s/'50s. Thought they were sharper than Rat Trap cheese!! Alway's wanted to put one of them on my car, never did though!

Mine was too long (something you rarely hear a guy say...) so I cut some of the bolt off with a hacksaw. Worked great.

I can't comment on the reception as I listen almost exclusively to the satellite radio in the car.
