It is pretty straight forward to remove the grille, but I think there are 5 bolts, 10mm I believe. There is also the thin black plastic surround, it may or may not fit with the new grille.

Stock grill has 5 studs, which take (5) 10mm nuts to fasten it on.. Easy as pie..

I'll be watching this because I like the looks of it. Gotta see it installed though.

Im wondering how it would look with the frame painted to match the body color.

looks like nice grille..little diff than most..at worst you may have to trim the bottom of the black plastic liner..

That's a broad statement, I have to disagree with.. Quality aftermarket is at times better than oem.. With materials/fit & finish.. Yes there is junk too..

Take for ie: front end linkage parts, GM =crap, Aftermarket = much better

But doing ones homework on something new helps..& their reputation is also a vital key..

Off topic, do you think the "clunk" I hear in the front end when I transition from a dead stop in a different direction (stick shift) is front end linkage? Can anyone direct me to a topic that's been discussed on this?

Are you talking about the New Metal Cast MC-206 Smoke?
