Thanks for all the help fellow HHR fanatics! I have found a bra that is called an "invisable bra" link below. Does anyone have any reviews for such product? Thanks! let the HHR mod'ing continue!

only problem with the clear bra's is after a few years they begin to yellow. if you live in a dusty area or never wash your car dirt begins to build up where the clear bra ends.... i may stand corrected . but see it all the time on trade-ins at work...

Enjoy the ride, and all the useful information you can gather fromt the site! As far as the windshield, liveing here in crop country, I get hit by the corn and other grain at harvest time. There are some companies you can find on line that claim to have products that help remove minor scratches, but not sure how they are. Some are up in price.

Brand name clear bras such as 3M carry warranties against yellowing. I have one on my MINI, a very necessary evil on those cars that has saved me from countless stone chips. The big drawback is that the edge of the plastic is slightly noticable on some colors and can catch wax over time becoming more noticible. I prefer the line to stone chips. Hubby hates it, so no clear bra for the HHR.
