You need to get some kind of wider steel wheels to fill out the wheel wells better. I like what you're doing with it though, just not a fan of the skirts...

The mirrors look good, actually, the entire front end looks good. Have you thought about painting the plastic fog light grilles body colour?

how much of a PITA were they to change out? What all did you have to do for the swap?

well... i took a sawzall to the old mirrors, so i could salvage the old base plate. i filled in the base with a 2 part epoxy resin ( ? ) and installed new mounting bolts. then i just drilled a couple holes for the mirrors, and painted em. it was pretty easy, just took some time.
