No, I haven't, but it looks nice.

I would think you should also get the matching lower(intercooler) grille to make it look right.

I'm trying to break up the all black of my hood/car. I'm thinking of leaving the bumper area with the black overtone alone.
Another idea I have is to use, or have done, chrome plastic paint around the outside of the stock grill insert where chrome molding is on other GM cars.

This is a company that makes a true chrome paint for plastic:

And here's something else:

A word to the wise.......

The video makes it look very easy, it is not. Unless you are an very experienced detail painter, buy a lot of product.....so you can experiment and get the "feel". It is very hard to apply to a reasonable satisfaction level. I know I tried and was not happy. That being said.....

The product is terrific and the company, Alsa, is great to do business with and have amazing products. Several years ago I provided their info to a couple of old members who wanted some specific products and I was familiar with them because of seminars I attended. The members have departed since then and I have no idea how their projects turned out.

Oh, they are expensive but have a premium products.

This is a place close to me. Going to contact them and see what the cost would be to paint the outer lip of the stock grill insert.
