Which tire size should i get?

I just ordered a set of 18 x 8" wheels. Now which tire size should i go with?

225/45, 235/40 or 245/40

I just put on a set of 225/40R18's and they were the same height as the stock 215/55R16's.

The 225/45 will give you a little more sidewall.....
