rofl. I mix some of my own stuff but what I buy is from the internet only. You cant buy 99% of this stuff in stores. Most of it no one would ever buy anyways due to the prices for the average person. I run a business so to me its what I need and have to have.

You're certainly right about the non-availability of quality product. If you want something other than Turtle Wax or Meguire it's a tough search.

Meguiars is the only way to go. First clay bar the surface, then show car glaze followed by the liquid wax or yellow carnuba. It will shine like never before. It's a bit of work but you will be statisfied. It will take about a hour to do all that the first time. Easy products usually turn out to be just that. I have'nt heard a thing about the results of ICE.

I have used some of the higher end products but IMHO did not achieve any better results than with my trusted friend Meguiar's. No reason to spend extra $$$ if it's not needed.

Youve tried Poorboys, Menzerna, Pinnacle, Optimum, Zymol? And never got any better results than Meguiars? Do you use a DA or Rotary? Both? 4-10 minutes per panel depending on the compound or polish? Pads? Foam or Wool? Foamed Wool? What speeds? Man I could go on forever, Its an art to some of us that take it very seriously.

I have used Zymol but I've never used an orbital buffer. I would love know how to use one though . That may change how I view some of the other products then.
