Worked on Bob a little today......

Still more to do, just thought I'd post a few pics of the progress.

How difficult was the install for the hood pieces?

 

The three small pieces were very easy. The large piece was a bit more involved.

I wasn't comfortable with it being the only protection under the hood so I cut the dynamat hood pad into sections to fill in the "pockets" under the hood. Then to prevent any rattling I put 3M tape along all the raised areas that would be under the stainless. This worked out real well because it held the large piece in place for me to drill the five holes needed.

I wasn't real comfprtable doing that, but it's done and I'm very happy with the results so far. Still a work in progress though. More to be revealed..........

I guess I must have missed it, but how did things go with repairs when those dickheads broke into Bob and damaged the paint, etc?
