after some mat in the larger area's, and one last thick coat of resin. its completely rock solid now (it was before with just the one layer of resin anyways)

 

after a quick grind session with the angel grinder

 

and finally a thick layer of bondo. i know, bondo... who cares. they're getting wrapped, not painted :)

sand it down tomorow, and put another layer or two of bondo, and i should be ready to wrap in suede.

 

i took the first box i built at the start of this thread, and cut out 2 10" holes for some cheap powerbass 25$ subs i had laying around, threw them in the hhr on 150w each, and they get LOUD for 25$ subs and 150w per sub...vids later. just temp until i finish my other box and get the real subs.....and the 3kw amp.........
