Yes, Any good stereo shop could do it for you. You might even be able to do it yourself with help from a company like Crutchfield. There are cheap ways to do it, using a multi-channel amp that has speaker level inputs is probably the cheapest way.

You can go all the way up to multiple amps and use a sound processor to clear up the stock radios output and restore some bass to it.

I guess it all depends on how deep your pockets are and just what your looking for.

also check out the PAC -- OEMgm1416A-- it is designed for that -- makes it quick and simple -- no splicing of wires.. Takes about maybe 30 mins at the most to put in behind the radio-- it comes with molded pass thru plugs that yields a set of front and rear rca plugs with individual gain control for each out put-- also a remote trigger wire to turn on the amps...

Works great in the wifes LT2...I would recommend that you disconnect your battery befor doing any work and double check your wires.. I almost sent the car into lock down mode crossing a wire by the amp rushing to get it done and not having the battery disconnected ..A dumb mistake that would've cost me $300 bucks.....

Theres a good thread in here that shows exactly how. I just cut the rear speaker wires under the carpet by the front doors and added wires going to the rear. Splice the run from the head unit to the amp speaker-level inputs, add a sub and your done. :D
I later added a 4channel amp to power all the factory door speakers too, I havent yet found aftermarket door speakers that I would be happy with. Also, no stores in town can get me the 6.5" ring adapters to mount them.
