Intermittent Poor Behavior for Steering Wheel Volume Controls
Folks,
I have '09 SS with factory radio and steering wheel volume controls. Vol (-) on the steering wheel seems to function fine. At times, the Vol (+) on the steering wheel, will actually behave as Vol (-). The actual volume dial on the radio functions and behaves perfectly fine though. Is this a known problem with the steering wheel controls? What's the typical fix for this?
Thanks in advance!

I’ve experienced that same issue , during the cold winter months, must be the cold.
I’ve tried a blast of compressed air , keyboard cleaner, it worked for awhile, but the issue returned the next winter.

Never had a problem with my HHR's buttons, but the Vol (-) button on my Sierra sometimes just doesn't work unless I hit it 3 or 4 times. It's not too far to reach the knob on the head unit so I don't consider this a big deal.
