on what that number is but my guess it is a digital volt meter.you can get them and plug them in ur lighter and it basically looks the same cept a cigarette lighter plug in the socket.

Yes on digital volt meter..
no - on plugged into the socket.. ( I used the socket and wiring for another location..
its hard wired in.... its covering the hole...
CJ-- I think its displaying your color too...
