Rear door speakers

Anyone had troubles with the rear door speakers not working. The other day iwas cleaning my car and listening to the radio, and i opend up the door to do some cleaning and heard no audio from the speaker. I checked the speaker wires all the way up to the amp, there not chaffed or shorted out. I wonder if both rear speakers just stopped working or some other weird ****.

Did the wires for the rear speakers pull out of the harness?

This question seems a bit vague, but i checked the wires from the grommet in the rear doors all the way back to the amp in the rear of the car to check for shorts or chaffed wires, and none appeared.

To be more specific, I was speaking of the wire harness that connects to the radio. When I installed by aftermarket radio, one the of rear speaker wires pulled out after a couple of months of driving the car.

Naw, didnt check that, but what are the odds that both rear door wires that go into the radio pulled out. slim to none i would think. Thinking about just taking off the door and pulling the speakers out and testing it with a good known positive and ground for another speaker to see if there blown.

I was thinking about that, but that not really the way to solve the problem. Im prolly gonna check the amp next to make sure it sending an output signal on the wires that are in question of not working, hopefully that is the cause, but that means ill need a new factory amp :( !
