Bluetooth conection problem
I have a 2010 SS
Called a local dealer and gave them my Vin number and was told my car has Bluetooth, but when I do the first step to pair it to my phone by holding the talk button on my steering wheel for 2 seconds, there is no voice recognition from the car radio/speaker after I say "Bluetooth".
This is the first time I'm trying to do this with a phone. It's a LG Stylo 3 Plus with an Android platform.
I do have OnStar, but it's not active.
I've try to Google this but can't find an answer.

I'm not real tech savvy, so not sure what could be wrong.
I've paired up 2 different phones using the Owners Manual instructions without any problems.
Highlighted a few steps here. See if you're doing it this way.
(Hint: The microphone is in the overhead light, between the visors. Make sure your voice is projected towards that location)

I did that, no go.
Just got off the phone with GM customer service and the bottom line is I'm on my own. I'm not the original owner and it's out of warranty. They did ask me to do the same steps while I was on the phone with them in the car.
Did say to them I had bought the car from a Chevy dealer and the car was certified by them, didn't matter.
I was sent an Email with a referance number and name. Maybe can use this when I go to a dealer to see why the car's Bluetooth doesn't work.

Mr Blue I was thinking of that. September I put a new battery in and the ECM's didn't see 30 minutes of disconnect. Let's see what happens. Tomorrow is going to be warmer, 24*F. Wish I had a garage.

I do have OnStar and when I push that button on the mirror nothing happens. I guess I should have Googled "no OnStar connection"
What is the acronym BT?
Note: Looked up #24 fuse, it's for XM radio also which works/plays for me.
