ABS light and Skid control Light

ABS light and Skid control Light
I have a 2008 HHR. Been fortunate at 330,000 miles and still running.
I have Disk brakes on the front and drum on the back. I read where the wire to the hub reads and if things go the ABS will light up. About 150,000 I had the ABS on and replaced the hubs and light went off. I think but not sure at that time I also had skid control light and it went off. I have just installed new hub on both sides and after several stops and maybe 100 miles I still have lights.
Have not been able to locate info to tell me if there is some ABS sensor on the back drum brakes. Can someone tell me if there is something to replace on the rear drum brakes that may be setting off the ABS and Skid control. One person said they thought there was something in the rear end but being front wheel drive I find that strange. As best I can tell it is not possible to reset to turn off the ABS and Skid with a code reader.
Any and all help would be appreciated. I am Al in TX and you can email me at xxxxxxxxxxx. My other email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thanks
AL

I had this same problem.
I put new hub/bearing assemblies on the front and both lights went away.
A little while later the light came back on, like less than a year later.
I decided to pay the dealer $100 to tell me that the rear right hub/bearing assembly needed to be changed.
So I changed both rears and now have new all the way around and no more lights at all.
And it's been a long time now, like a couple years.
The sad thing is, I buy my hub/ bearing assemblies for $100 a pair online and the dealer took that just to tell me I needed to replace them.
But yes there are sensors on each wheel, you can see the wire to each one if you look.
I replaced them myself, if you do just remember to buy the new locking nut for the axle in the front, the rears just bolt on.
If you have trouble getting the rear bolts out, I found jacking up and lowing the car made the rear spring compress and uncompress to allow a ratchet to reach each bolt.
