Air Shocks

Does anyone use air shocks anymore or are they "old hat". I haven't seen a thread about them. I used to put them on al my cars/trucks.

I love my 2008 HHR 3-window panel.

Very "old hat" it seems, was just looking at the JC Whitney site for some other stuff, and they don't even list air shocks for the HHR.

I seem to remember somebody fitting up a set, but I can't find the thread....so it might be a faulty memory.

I used to have air shock on a Mustang, but on the Hhr I did drag bags/air lift. Does the same thing cheaper, and depending on the pressure the lit changes up to about 2". I use them for drag racing to shift the weight forward and keep
The nose planted, although about an hour ago I pumped them up and threw 20 bags of mulch in the back

Just like Crager SS mags, "big's and little's", traction bars, side pipes, and flipping the front spindles to get that perfect tail high rake.

Nothin' wrong with the 70's, now where is that Foghat 8-Track?

Cool

Funny you should ask that....I still have a stack of the old 8's, and a Pioneer player too boot! As a matter of fact, Foghat was one of the main tunes back then! part of the collection..

You can still cruise like that, you just need an iPod now.
