Bump Stops!

I knows its been asked can find the thread though.Should Itrim the bump stops when lowering the HHR using Eibach pro kit?

i dont know to much about them, why do some people trim them? what can happen if i do? what happens if i dont? how do you like your eibachs? nice ride?

My understanding is the Goldlines were/are a bigger drop and they required the bump stop to be trimmed. I like the ride and have had no issues with bottoming or clunking noises like the Goldlines have had.

I didn't cut mine..........and I have 45,000 miles on the springs and no problems.....

I have the leveling springs, and never cut my bumpstops. However, if you check my other post, I just had the entire back end jacked up and both springs came out.

Trimmed them with the 1st gen Goldlines on mine; didn't trim them on either of ours with the eibachs.
