Can someone shed light on thr difference in HHr brakes and Cobalt brakes?

Cool Can someone shed light on thr difference in HHr brakes and Cobalt brakes?
I've noticed that the brake pads are different for non-turbo HHrs and non-turbo Coblats. Why?
