Drilled/slotted brakes???
They have their own casting house and everything so they don't have to buy rotor blanks from other sources such as China or Japan like a lot of other brake manufacturers. They also don't and will not use parts manufactured in third world countries. Most everything EBC uses is produced in house. That's why their products are not cheap like a set of rotors you can buy on ebay or at Pep Boys. It's hard to beat EBC in terms of their quality and reliability. And after all isn't that what you want in your brakes? I fully trust, use, and would recommend EBC brakes. I currently have EBC rotors and Red Stuff brake pads on my HHR. The stopping power and stopping distance has greatly improved over the OEM rotors/pads and they don't warp after 10K miles.

Ditto, used Powerslot rotors and green stuff pads on my last 2 replacements... loved them.
Before I purchased my HHR I drove a BMW 325is. I installed ATE slotted rotor on the front with PBR Metal Master pads. After 5 years of serious driving along with a few track days the rotors and pads still perform great, no warping or vibration. And on another positive note, slotted rotors reduce brake dust dramatically. I would definately stay away from drilled. Good luck.
I spoke to a dealer of EBC and they told me these rotors were made in England. Which is no where near China so they should be a great replacment part.

Well I placed me order today with the HHR Boutique and it went very smoothly, I was able to use paypal and they are quick to answer questions I E-mailed them.
Thanks to Linda and Bill for keeping up with the latest tech for our HHRs.
I will let you know when I get them and how I like them. This should not require a how to should it?
Let me know and I'll do a brake job how to.
