got new oil running thru and adjusted the rears.. amazing what a couple click does...

Tighten up
 
I don't know if it's true for all cars, but I always remembered Chevys thusly; on either side, you move the handle of the spoon UP to tighten. Easy: "TIGHTEN UP".
I also use the "two finger drag" method; ie, grab the tire lightly with thumb and index finger, rotating tire, and adjust 'til you can just turn the tire with two fingers, then, one click off (looser.)

I adjust to where you can just hear the contact for one whole revolution..if u find a 'high' spot, its time for maintenance..any tighter and you'll be dragging brakes and wearing them down plus hurting your MPG
