Front Sway Bar Replacement - Degree of Difficulty?
Front Sway Bar Replacement - Degree of Difficulty?
Hey all... 2009 LT 2.2, FE1 suspension. Took some accident damage to the front passenger side suspension, I replaced a bent lower control arm & bushings but the sway bar needs to go too, it's bent pretty good. Never done this before and can't find any HHR-specific videos for replacing the whole sway bar. At a glance it looks like I could just put the car on jack stands, unbolt the old one and then drop the new one in (would do new bushings and links at the same time).
Any advice on how to tackle this? Would I need to pull anything out of the way to access all the bolts?
Thanks in advance for your help!
