It's better than stock, but I would find it hard to justify such a small change.

Also, they've been using that same box design for years lol.

I think its a great mod, just like fullsize trucks adding rear drop shackles to level them out...gets rid of that stinkbug look...lol

Nice work and nice write-up, HHR_style...

Question for you. After you have driven it for a while, notice if you have a thump when you have a rough road. SOME owners have indicated they needed to cut the rubber bumpers to prevent this from happening. Although I think all of them installed the Goldline springs.

Just wondering if Gound Force provides a little more engineering in their product, for the HHR (I also had them in another vehicle, and liked them very well).

I may want to get these now....I'm out of warranty.

I've had my GF's for about a year now, and so far I've had no thumping on rough roads or the occasional speed bump.

No 'thumping' & thanks for all the comments. I'm very happy with the result/ride. (for me) it's perfect.

Question where/how much?

Where can this particular brand of springs be purchased, and at what cost? I am about to order the Goldline leveling springs for my wife's HHR, but I would consider these as an alternative if the price is right...

I need to make a decision very soon on leveling springs for my wife's ride...I take it no one knows where I can pick up a set of these if I decide to go with this brand?

Those Ground Force leveling springs may be what I am looking for. I don't like the butt-high stance of my '09. A question for all of you if I may......are any of the lowering springs the same spring RATE as the factory springs? If the spring is the same rate, but an inch shorter length, would it still ride the same? Have any of you with Ground Force springs noticed the ride after installation? Better or worse than stock? Many thanks for any advice in advance. God Bless, Marc
