Im new to the forum, and the hhr.

Im interested in the koni struts and rear shocks, suggestions on settings.

I just recieved my GoldLine springs and would like to replace the struts while I have it apart.
While Im under the car I will be replacing the sway bar bushings, end links, and looking for anything that might need attention.
Will also be adding the ttr rear sway bar.
Any suggestions on things I should check.

Koni will be the better choice pending your needs.

The KYB's are a tad bit better than factory FE1 or FE3 shocks/struts but not quite as good as the FE5's so I've been led to believe.

Agreed, Koni is best, but KYB Excel G's are equivalant to the FE5 struts.

I guess I should have stated the the KYB GR2's are FE1,FE3 replacements.

The Excell's are definatly FE5 replacements.
