how's the ride?
I drove a LOWERED Mark VIII for YEARS...loved the look, and the handling...but honestly, now driving my HHR for a few months(8k miles in 3 months), I sort of like not worrying about bottoming out over large undulations in the road, as well as not tippy-toeing over speedbumps...and now when I see road-kill, it isnt as much of an obstacle course on the freeway...

but it's the ride quality I am enjoying now...it's soft, supple, yet handles fine(new front struts installed under warranty just before I bought it).

so...lowered LOOKS good...how does it feel? any different?

Love it. Do snail crawl over speed bumps, but the ride in turns is unbelievable. Haven't bottomed out yet and really drive like I always did. Hard. Thats why I also added the EBC brake rotors to get rid of that awful shake. Do wish I would have done this earlier. I thought the HHR handled great before and now I cant wait to get in and whip it around a bit. I personally love it.
