Mild noise front front end

I have noticed a noise when I drive. A mild grinding sound. It sounds louder on the passenger side front but can not tell from where. Sounds like something needs lubrication but can not tell what. There is no sign of anything leaking. Noise is not noticable until I reach 30mph. Any suggestions.

That's exactly what my bad front wheel bearing sounded like. Does the noise get louder or quieter as you turn the wheel to the left or right? If so then you can narrow it down to which wheel bearing (if it's the bearing).

BTW, this question should be in the brakes/suspension/shocks/struts section.

Thanks. I thought that is what it may be. Noise get louder the faster I go but no change when turning. Just a sound like a motorcycle is about 5 car lenghts in front of me.

Took to my mechanic today and found out it is in the transmission. Called dealer and hopefully it is covered under 5ys 100,000
