Moog K750428 Sway Bar Link question.

Moog K750428 Sway Bar Link comes with one steel washer. Does anyone know where this needs to be placed ?

I never saw one with a washer, must be some piece of trash fell into the box.

On the threaded part before the sway bar, then the flange nut on the other side.
