My front end noise

After using my Steelman,6 lead electronic ear, on all suspension related parts in the front end, the noise that I have been hearing, is coming from the upper strut mount on both L/R sides, at low speed over bumps, during slight suspension travel.
Loudest noise came from coil spring and upper strut mount housing, both L/R sides.
*****Question to any Pedders spring users: any possiblity that maybe the springs were installed upside down, that might have caused a problem?
It's either that or the upper L/R, strut mount and bearings are cowshi*.
I'll be replacing strut mounts and bearings, along with both spring seats and bumpers with MOOG parts soon.
I've already replaced links with MOOG, and sway bar bushings with Energy Susp. poly bushings, so I know thats not the problem any longer. "Moon"

Could very well be that with the high suspension loads of Autocrossing, you've just used up the strut mounts and bearings. Back when I ran Pro-Solo in the SCCA with a Beretta, the strut mounts and bearings lasted maybe three meets before needing replacement.

This noise has been there for almost as long as I've had the car. long before I autocrosses it. Been chasing this noise for awhile now. "Moon"
