Can't you adjust the length of the rear shocks? It looks like you can in the pictures. They look similar to the shocks I'm using. All you do is shorten them up until the springs have a little pressure when fully extended to keep them seated.

Oh, and I'll let you know if I have any CV problems. Mine are angled up. When I had my HHR they were level (non SS though). I started to get a weird noise after a while on my HHR, but it was the coilovers (ksport). Won't go the cheap route again haha

The design of the shocks are the same. The problem I got into was the minimum length of the Pedders is 13 1/2". What is it with your stance shocks? Also I didn't notice a dampening adjustment on yours. So anyway I'm on the hunt for an adjustable shock with a min. length of 12 1/2" so I can get the stance set the way I want.As far as CV life, I've got inquiries in to GM to find out the max livable angle for their half shafts untill then we're just guessing.

I'm not sure what the minimum length is. I'll check the next time I have it in the air. There was still room to shorten them more though and I have it pretty low.

The Stance shocks have damping adjustment as well, just wasn't visible in that picture.

Sway bar links

I got to researching rod ends and picked up these from one of my venders. They're over strong so I whittled some bars out of 6061-T6 along with a couple gr-8 studs. I probably have $90. in them and that's ok as I feel they'll last the life of the car. I'll paint the bars red.
