sorry to bring this up again, but what happened to Pedders? Their website barely has been working now. Been in contact with them also, but now all communications have stopped. None of the emails work to contact Sales support, Tech support, Live Chat is down, even Pete's email doesnt work. I tried emailing the website support team and that email doesnt even work. Everything comes back as "delivery failure, email doesnt exist". Ive tried with my home computer, work computer, Blackberry, and also tried a different email provider all together.. confused... been going on for about 3-4 weeks..

 

Just tried the site and It came right up for me.....FYI

It looks like they've just recently updated the site, maybe you tried to see the page when they were making adjustments.

 

Went to the site about 15 minutes before this post. Everything I tried worked correctly and quickly. About 12-15 pages.

Just tried the site, and it seems to be working just fine. Not so sure about e-mails tho. Sent Deb a couple of e-mails a couple weeks ago, about returning my old Pedders springs to them, but have'nt heard back yet. Rear springs, struts, and shocks sitting in the garage, so when they are ready for them, they can contact me, and also send me a no cost shipping label. They have my e-mail. "Moon"

 

I've been trying to contact pedders for about 2 months now. I've called and left messages and I have sent e-mails with pics that show the terrible quality product I recieved and still no response. Last week, I tried to send them an e-mail and got the same problem skyline is speaking of. E-mail could not be delivered. So no, the e-mail is not working for me either.
