My post in #40 was intended to show what GM says is the correct way to adjust the rear drum brakes on an HHR.

And yes, back in the days when drum brakes were standard all brake shops had a "brake table" in the back corner that included a peg board with outlined spots for proper tools including the aforementioned brake caliper, also included a brake shaper and riveter and the ever present drum lathe. You can still find this in older PepBoys locations and shops that still turn drums in the shop.

Yes 5 pages is pretty long for a thread with so little information to be reanimated.
