Ideally Brake Kleen* is used. But using water in a spray bottle will work also..& a paint brush to help with stubborn areas..

Much better than trying to dust off the brake dust.. Could be harmful to lungs..

Not as bad as it used to be with asbestos linings! Nobody ever worried about the dust until AFTER they outlawed asbestos.

Even with asbestos being banned, I would prefer to use caution...
