Rear toe out

I got a 4 wheel alignment today and the right rear came back -0.14 degrees out of toe. -0.03 beyond specs. Is something wore out or is something bent? Thanks

Might want to recheck those numbers.

Found the specs in here https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/brak...nt-specs-9504/

+.25 + or - .30 so -.05 would be acceptable. So it is out of spec.

My bet is bad bearings. The other cause would be a bent axle. There are shims that can be inserted if something is bent.

Here’s mine from a long time ago.
Can’t see why yours shows .14 degrees being so far off.
EDIT: Seems your “Spec” numbers for the right rear toe may be wrong. They are a lot different than mine. Maybe your alignment shop entered the wrong specs ?

Might look at the trailing arm bushings.

Hey Don
I was saying above that it looks like the OP may have gotten some incorrect numbers from his alignment shop. His Minimum and Maximum specs for the rear toe are way different than mine. All the other Min/Max specs are the same.
His -0.14 number which shows out of spec on his alignment sheet would be within spec by the Min/Max numbers on mine.
All years and models of the HHR have the same Min/Max specs for the rear toe setting. Not sure why the OP’s sheet shows something different.
