Corrective action for that were the light comes on and stays on starts with reading any case des, then inspecting the ABS connectors at the wheel hubs .

Yes... The lights will stay on, until restarted. I have had this exact same thing, as stated in the OP, happen before. There have never been any stored codes pointing at TC, ABS, or transmission problems with my car, either.
Scan the system if you want, maybe you will find something. What gear were you in when this happened? Drive? Low?

In drive at less than 5 mph. Seems crazy that it wouldn’t have a code but yes, it resets fine with a quick restart. Thanks for the feedback
If the Tc/ESC come on and stay lit solid it probably has little to do with ice; more likely the VVT valves are reacting to something like a change in oil pressure.
If the ABS light comes on and stays on you propbably have a wheel speed sensor getting water/ice on it.
If the ABS light stays on get the codes read WHILE IT IS ON, they do not get stored. Which means keep the key on.
Most auto parts stores will read the codes for free.
When the ESC/TCS activates the messages do come on, When the ABS (a part of TCS/ESC) the light does come on.
I had the Service ESC warning come on yesterday on way to alignment shop, my front end guy stated the warning was due to the steering wheel being off centre, he corrected the alignment, 1 turn inwards on the left front. The warning remained on all the way home, this morning I started the car to go out to get eggs and the warning was off. The yaw sensor and the steering angle sensor has to confirm the problem was resolved.
If the steering wheel was removed and turned to correct off center then an alignment was done it throws things off.
The steering wheel must be installed on the marks, then the toe set.
In other words: don't try to adjust the steering wheel (like last century) instead adjust the toe to the steering wheel. After assuring the steering wheel is installed correctly.
