Passenger side axle seal leaking, again!

I just moved it over in the driveway to wash it, I spotted a drip spot under the front end and yep it’s the passenger side output shaft seal , leaking again! I just replaced that 1 1/2 weeks ago.
a new Detroit axle cv shaft, new seal a couple of months ago . I’ve replaced the seal 5 times in the last year or so.
Any suggestions, besides a new transmission or new pickup truck!
Ive replaced seals and never had a leak problem like this. I used Permatex transmission RTV around the outside of the seal , the cv shaft eliminated the cup and stub shaft, so that’s not it. I’m not aware of any inner seal.

I found this kit online to stabilize the output shaft, I’ve ordered the kit, I’ll update when I receive it and install it

Notice… this kit only works with the OEM stub shaft and CV axle.
the Detroit Axle will not fit. And as I discovered the Detroit axle does not cure the axle seal leak problem because of the worn bushing.

I'm not sure they have this for that tranny or not but I'd call some tranny shops. They may have a tool that will allow them to replace the output shaft bearing/bushing without tranny removal and tear down.

It’s the 4T45E automatic like all years of HHR automatic transmission, my transmission guy confirmed he has installed this kit several times the 4T40E also has this problem there is no bushing to replace on the passenger side , the axle slides into the differential carrier.
That’s what this kit was developed.

I followed the directions, installed the bearing and seal , I put blue loctite and Permatex transmission RTV on as directed, drove it into the case, then installed the stub shaft, then drove in the provided cup.
So far next day no leaks.

Can you post a link to this item? Fitzall website doesn't show the part even when using search.
