The other day I was driving down the freeway doing about 60 and decided to slam it to the floor to see how it drove as it was picking up speed it felt like the front end was float and was hard to drive. I just put on studded snow tires could that be doing it or is it the way front wheel drive feels.

 

If it wasn't doing that before it's likely the studded snows...

Were you on dry pavement ?

Mine is like on rails @ 100mph.

No. outside salesman and I travel the passes all the time. Since we can not use chains I am stuck with studs.
