Shift knob options.

I've got the 5 speed manual in my SS and the stitching on the leather wrapped knob is coming apart.
First, how can I remove the knob?
2nd, what options have you all tried if I want to change it?

thanks in advance

I have tried the included link and there is no information on getting the stock manual shift knob off. Does anyone know of any instructions to do so?
I've contacted TWM about putting their shift knobs on, and they wont work without changing to the entire short shifter.

Well the links in the other thread very clearly instruct in the removal of the stock knob with photos. What more do you want?

donbrew, I was working from my phone and very difficult to navigate.... I clicked the link above and there are very clear pics, THANK YOU!

If anyone has installed the TWM shift kit, and or a different knob, and you still have your factory knob, wanna sell it?
