The inner sleeve which holds the seal that actually goes around the C/V shaft that's pressed onto my stub shaft is steel w/ rubber seal on the end. No plastic anywhere around the inner sleeve or stub shaft! As far as the Kent-Moore tool, I purchased it used for $62.00, not $200? I will probably keep it for a year the resale the tool on E-Bay for the same amount I paid for it!
