Where to Get a Good Used 4T45E Trans?

Time to start thinking about what "maintenance" items I need to replace on the used trans before I install. No brainer, the filter,
I keep reading a lot about the shift solenoids, How many solenoids are there and which one's would you replace? And are they all the same part number when ordering from Rock Auto?
Are there any other item to consider replacing on an unknow used trans before re-installing back into the car?
