Many parts for Opel, Saab, Vauxhall fit HHR. The HHR is basically a Saab underneath the body. Any competent mechanic would be able to source or fabricate parts. We have heard of several instances where mechanics refused to work on a HHR until they were informed that it is the same mechanically as a Opel or Saab, they just won't look.

 

The 56214 resonator pipe for a Saab is very different bends and over the rear axle area.
