An empty victory, photo hosting issues to disqualify one contestant , and now the other backs out while we were tied, but so be it 2 years in a row April HHR of the month!
Maybe next year three in a row!

Boydie for what ever your reasons to withdraw, I respect your wishes and congratulate you for your 21 to my 19 votes as I saw at 5:30 pm EST

None of us are happy with the circumstances, but DZL's entry is now good to go and he'll be automatically entered in the May contest.

And we had to acceed to Boydie's request.

But don't let any of this dampen your win Oldblue, you've got a dang sharp ride, and congratulations once again.:twothumbs:

Thanks very much!!

I apologize to everyone who voted. Since I did not do any of the modifications to my entry car I felt I had to disqualify myself.

But my vote for Old Blue's entry was still good.

Congratulations Oldblue.

You won, no matter what the circumstances. It's kind of like an old boxing titled bout....."No mas, no mas" (or however it's spelled).

Boydie.......It was your call for your sentiment, but did you factor that some other winners did not do the custom paint jobs themselves, or the engine work, or possibly the upholstery, etc. That would be the same situation, in my view.

Thank you very much Snoopy.

and Thank you Boydie, I understand now your directive to your withdrawal of your HHR SS Panel. Thanks for your vote, too.
It doesn't matter who modified your SS, you could have bought it new and paid someone to modify it, and you still would not have done the mods just paid for them, right?
In a sense you have the same thing, you have a very cool ride, a lot of mods done to the engine and turbo and things, and you paid somebody to do the mods, right?
Therefore you should be proud to show off that ride and maybe enter it or your other SS or your LS Panel in the contest which ever one you feel comfortable with.
I will state that as always, Rich you are now and ever shall be my friend, now matter what you drive!!
Now take that beast out for a snort down the highway and watch out for the Kodiak with a Kodak!! for all you young'un's that means police with radar!!

I may have figured out why we need to approve your attachments. The max IMAGE size is 640 X 480 for jpg, yours is 800 X 600. You did get under the FILE size.

That may be wrong, but it's my guess.

Could also be because you're making it an attachment, if I take the url from your post and use the "insert image" icon it is 640 X 480. That's the little yellow "mountains on a postage stamp" icon in the "Advanced" window.

I do have "auto size images" turned on in my User CP. That may be it, too.

It's a mystery to me!

Congratulations!
