It means are you posting pics etc... just to get a rise out of people. As for the HHR I wouldnt drive it, but I do appreciate the theme you are going for.

I haven't been hear for awhile and when I come back I see a bunch of A--holes slamming another persons vehicle because it doesn't fit your mold.
Half the vehicle that have been entered don't deserve to be in the contest and several that have won shouldn't have.
And HHR of the year what a joke that was.
Ever since your new mediator's and owners took over this site has gone down hill.

Sorry I stopped in and will probably be banned before morning.

Enjoy

So Rainman, you chastise for dissing this entry and then you do the same for the entry's and winners of the contest and the HHR of 2014 ?
While you are allowed your opinion and we are allowed ours, let's just agree to disagree that you don't want to be apart of this site!
How about you enter your SS in the April contest and see who is worthy of the title!
As for dissing the Administrator and new owners, what do they have to do with the quality of the members on the site? So, as you are part of this community then offer some solutions to your problem!

"And HHR of the year what a joke that was."

????? Say huh ? Did I miss something here ? Plus, didn't the members here VOTE for that ?
Just because your pick didn't win, I see no need to belittle the winner. I think the HHR of the Year winner was the correct choice and well deserving.
(fwiw. He was my choice too )

FMG, I think he was saying something about how it was won..

As for the "New Moderators and Owner", I disagree, I think that a fine job is being done here, save for the sarcasm I sense from a couple of the Mods at times. Do I think they should have more neutral and helpful responses, than expecting some members to "know" these things because they have been around long enough? Yes.

We are all entitled to our opinions, and Rainman said his piece.

Personally, I can appreciate the attempt that longpig has made at trying to make this truly unique. I think he can agree with me, if he had more money, it would be more professionally styled to meet his taste, and it wouldn't look like a "Frankenstein" meets Car union.

As for longpig. Might I suggest doing what a few others have done here, and something I think might actually really make your thought process more discernible for some who are confused. CHOP THE TOP

Points for originality on the concept longpig. I thought I was cool when I "blacked out" and "debadged" my HHR.... like a ton of others have. Oh well. Not as creative as I thought, but you certainly stand out with uniqueness. Kudos to you, fellow HHR owner!

longpig stated his theme for the vehicle right off the bat. Odd as it may sound to many of us, I get it. It's not my taste but I get it. His statement at the end kind of says it all:
hate it (most do), love it (i do), or laugh at it (this is the preferred reaction, its funny)
That kind of makes Rainman's post unnecessary since it goes beyond the scope of this thread in discussing the merits of the contest and and his opinion of the staff and owners, but it is his opinion. Not to mention calling the responders 'A-holes' (nice touch). Certainly isn't the first, nor will it be the last time that someone gets chastised here for voicing their opinion.

LawDog88 gets it you don't ask for votes (in my option there were 5 or 6 hhr's that were more worthy of that title.)
Oldblue and Fireman why would I enter the same vehicle again.
A----- my have been a little harsh and for that I apologize.
I've been here since 2008 and the way the site is run is appalling. Clean up the site and make it fun again. .
