Lasater's March '15 HHR Submission

Ok Ok, Everyone's snowed in and they can't submit pics of their car for this month's contest. So here is my daily driver for your consideration:

Cliff Lasater
Riverside, CA

2008 HHR Panel LS 2.2 motor with automatic

Mods: CGS air intake, louvered hood, SS grill, leather seats (front and rear) Moon gas pedal, Sun tach, Eibach springs that have a coil cut in the front and a 3/4" spacer added to the rear axle.
I went all the way to Norman Oklahoma to pick this car up because it didn't have ABS or traction control. Because of this I am able to run different sized tires on the front and rear. 235/45/17 in the front and 225/60/17 in the rear.
Moon Speedmaster wheels with custom made Moon tank knock-offs.
Dual exhaust

What did you use for mufflers? Also tips extend out more so than stock. I would guess you did the Y junction after the rear axle.
As a learning curve, I didn't know you could buy an HHR without ABS or traction control.
Thanks

No traction control and no ABS is rare, that's why I flew to Oklahoma to get it. Here is the exhaust.

Lookin' sweet Cliff!

But in order to conform to the contest rules, your images need to be hosted in your Gallery on the site.

You've got plenty of time to move 'em, and if you need some tips, check out donbrew's tutorial below.

I don't see them under the camera icon and you don't have any images showing under posts, like just below my Avitar

I love everything about your HHR Lasater, the louvers, the duals, the rake and the wheel covers. Thanks also for showing your dual exhaust set up.

What happens if you use different size tires front and rear with ABS and Traction control?

ABS is really needed in Northern climes. ABS brakes have saved thousands of lives over the years and innumerable accidents, (IMHO).
