I am willing to bet that it wouldn't even offset the vacuum created by the engine.....so for it to compare, I wonder what they say this can spin up to when turbos will spin upwards of 100,000rpms...

If anything it will reduce airlow by the fact its taking up valuable space where air should be..besides, how can it help when its using intake air to spin it? Might as well install a pinwheel in the tube!! LOL, if you know that that is!!
