Jets are a small gain. They do work but the performance and gains may vary. I also deal with these too.

If you are not expecting a miracle then you will be happy.

Modules like these have mostly small gains unless you have a turbo. If you have to buy one Jet is one of the better ones just keep the improvements in power and MPG realistic.

Normal driving difference is meager.. only notice the difference under hard acceleration otherwise the shifting seems a little smoother going into 2nd and 3rd gear. Now i bought the stage 2, and I still need to do a CAI system. So im sure that will help alot too. But, for someone who has to save for the trifecta tune (myself) i think this is a good hold-over chip

Keep in mind on modules and chips to chose the one that takes the premium fuel as the regular fuel ones have even less change to them.

Yes the ones with out the premium required are not much help. Same if you can get one that works with a colder thermostat in some cars. The lower temp will improve performance.

Just too many people expect gains like a Intake and Cam. That is only for the Turbo models.

oh, and correct me if im worng but the colder thermostat is because the air is denser when colder correct? so a more powerful combustion?

In theory yes it is colder but with todays cars it is less effective as it once was. Todays cars are made to heat up fast and retain the heat to have better emissions.

The DI engines more than make up for some of the power loss.

What is the problems on finding cams?

There are even more out there if you look it up. The only real issue is to get real power out of this engine it would be more cost effective to buy a SS used. That is the only issue with these small engine as they take more time and money to make more power long term without a turbo.
