Is it possible to buy more fuel at current price?

I am thinking about a prepaid solution, let's say, a card that allows you to buy 1000 gallons of fuel at the current price. So everytime you go to the gas station, you get the fuel you already paid for at the price it was back then.

I know they do that with heating fuels... Never head of any gas stations doing it with automotive fuel. Maybe some kind of farmer's CO-OP but that would likely be diesel fuel.

Dealers pay the current price when they get their Dump.

They could actually lose money selling ahead.

Me thinks NO ... unless you find a Green Horn Dealer.
