Help or info needed !!!
I have a 2007 chevy HHR runs great but after about 15 mins out running it starts bogging down bad, Half to keep it above 2500 rpm or it will bog all the way out. you can turn it off wait about 20 mins and will run great for about 15 mins then its back to bogging down. Had a new fuel pump installed nut didnt help any at all. weird part is its not throwing any codes , looking for answers to what it could be, any help would be appricateed.

 

Why the new pump? Did he test the system?
Need to test while it's 'bogging'.

 

Tighten the 4 bolts in the under hood fuse box, for a start, push all fuses and relays firmly into place. The bolts are 7 mm

 

I tighten the 4 bolts but made no difference, I went ahead and replaced the Throttle body and the TPS , Didnt help anything , still runs about 15 mins then starts acting up, Could it be the ECM doing it ,when it gets hot ?

No CEL? No codes?

 

only code it shows is P0449

 

P0449 means that the EVAP vent solenoid is stuck closed. Try pouring gas out of a can with the vent closed.

 

I Noticed if i unplug the Mass Air flow sensor and start it idles fine , shouldnt it run rough with that unplugged ?
